Shopping in San Francisco

After leaving Las Vegas I landed in chilly San Francisco. Don't get me wrong, I did do 'cultured' things, but mostly I walked and shopped. BECAUSE THAT'S ALL I'M GOOD AT IN LYF.
If you ever visit San Francisco, visit Valencia street. I promise, you wont be disappointed. While on Valencia street, I stumbled upon Clothes Contact, an impossibly cool vintage store. No price tags, it's all bought by the pound. Oh, and for all those people who love good coffee, there's an ace place there called Fourbarrell Coffee. You heard it from me.

It was hard for me to have to rug up in San Francisco, knowing that it was summer back in Australia; but I dealt with it best I could. I'll just put it on record here: I hate cold weather, cold weather means layers and I tend to overreact with layers. By the end of it I felt enormous, I ended up purposely tying my shoes with triple knots because I was so immobile in all my clothing, even tying my shoes was a task.

V e g a s bay-bea

It honestly is the city that never sleeps. It is also the city to get away with pretty much anything. In Australia, I'm of age to drink, enter casinos and buy alcohol, but not in America. Yet, I still managed to go by unnoticed on the Vegas Strip drinking straight out of a bottle of Captain Morgan's Long Island Iced tea. So with a bottle of that in one hand and half a kilo of Candy Corn in the other, I asked myself what I was doing with my life.
Anyway the weather was fairly pleasant during the day, but nipple chafing cold at night. The visual is horrible, I know.

HAUL-A$$ to Vegas

Haul alert. Yeah, I just said that.


Shopping in Vegas on Black Friday and the Black Friday weekend was all sorts of intense. After driving for 6 hours from Los Angeles to Vegas i slept for a grand total of 2 hours before waking up again at 8am to catch the tail end of the overnight Black Friday sales. It was like I had just come off a weekend bender at ARQ. Only those who live in Sydney will understand how painful that can feel. Regardless here's my Haul, Bitches.

Three colours of this sheer tee from American Apparel and bralettes to wear underneath. I know I'll be living in them this summer, so I bulk bought. I suggest you do so too.

Get WAIϟTED this Spring

With Winter dead and gone, I found myself left with a pile of Oath over-shirts, Jacked (in a good way) jackets and Sick (also in a good way) Sweaters. And since I don't need these to keep me warm any more, why not use them to add another layer to my outfit.

Its been too long since I posted, mostly because I've had a complete overdose on ASSignments and studying. H8ting LYF.
Anyway, last Sunday I did have the time to run a stall at the Narabeen High School Carboot sale. I got summa my old clothes and summa my altered clothes and had a little party to myself. Made some money, makin' it rain, so I can buy more clothes. Its a vicious cycle.
Anyway, I wore my Camo parka, Leather gym shorts, a plain white tee and my Favourite gold watch.

Show me yo' GrillZ gurl. Next big thing, you guessed it; GRILLZ. Well, thats what I'm saying anyway. If you look at the trend track record for the past few months, anything, including this mouth jewellery is possible. Its just another excuse to flash my mean snarl and ward off the weak hearted.

Sydney's Finest with Arianna and Jay

I couldn't help myself with my choice of textures this time around. I got my staple piece this winter, my Sportsgirl Gold baroque bomber, with my Topshop jersey, a thrifted leather skirt, Zara knit around my waist and some Asos Chelsea boots. That is such a mouthful, but so am I, get used to it.
